Process name:- BSNL scanning and upload of CAF Work
Work :- CAF Scanning and uploading data of CAF Server after converting it into TIF File.
Process type :- Offline
Area of contract : Betul , Chhindwara , Damoh , Hoshangabad , Raisen , Sagar and Vidisha
SSA under the jurisdiction of Bhopal Zone
Estimated tender values - Approx Rs. 9 Lakh

Note:The bidders (small scale units) who are registered with National Small Scale Industries Corporation UNDER SINGLE POINT REGISTRATION SCHEME are exempted from payment of document cost and bid security to BSNL.
Upfront : No upfront charges .
The bidder shall have submit the following document :-
(A) In case of company
(i) Self attested copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association with certificate of incorporation.
(ii) Copy of Resolution passed by board of directors for signing of bid in favour of authorized person.
(iii) List of Chairman/Directors with full name and address.
(B) In the case of partnership firm
(i) Self attested copy of Partnership deed.
(ii) List of all partner with full name and address.
(C) In case of Proprietary firm
(i) An original affidavit duly notarized regarding the proprietorship on non judicial stamp paper stamp of Rs 10/.
In case of non-registered firm - Just register with us and we will help and guide you for further procedure.

How to register :-

2. First of all take printout of page 1 and page 2 (You can send filled soft copy word file)
3. Fill all fields with blue pen. Watch specimen copy for instructions on page 4.
4. Pay charges for service that you want to subscribe. Service charges are given on page 3 of registration form.
5. Mail transaction details of fee submitted. (Here is A/c Details for registration fee submission)

7. Get Confirmation from billing dept. and document verification dept.
