Job Description

Skills Team is a specialist provider of IT and management training. Based in West London, we deliver training programmes on customer sites throughout London and the South East. Many of the programmes are funded by the Government. We are looking for a really organised person to support our training teams with:

• Set up and co-ordination of training events
• Preparation of training literature and course manuals
• Liaison with suppliers and customers
• Manage the office equipment, supplies and stationery
• Support for the training team whilst they are out of the office
• Completing follow up documentation
• General help with the day-to-day running of a very busy training office

The right candidate will be able to communicate well at all levels both in writing and on the phone, have excellent administrative skills, be efficient, friendly and outgoing, and have good Microsoft Office skills.

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. Salary will be £18k a year and interviews will be held in Hammersmith. You must hold a UK or EU passport or have a current working visa with at least 1 year to run.. No applications will be accepted after Thursday 30th April.
