We are seeking an ambitious Digital Sales Executive delivering a broad range of Internet Services such as Search Engine Optimization, Web Design and general marketing consultancy to a diverse and growing client base.

Daily Responsibilities:
• Must effectively manage, support and continually update Sales Force to ensure data quality and the usage of the platform as a toolset.
• Manage sales process, reporting and recruitment of sales talent.
• Observe sales calls, coach sales executives to optimize results and intervene to resolve performance problems.
• Cold/warm calling 'business to business’ to identify new opportunities.
• Identify and follow up leads.
• Cross selling other product offerings.
• Market research.
• Administer performance reviews and take corrective action as necessary.
• Utilize entrepreneurial mindset to manage team through creative communication and marketing strategies to engage local businesses.

Requirements:
• A comprehensive understanding of SEO or Web Designing
• A strong B2B sales background
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written). This senior role interacts with clients.
