Due to the expansion and reorganisation of the company we are currently looking for a Sales Administrator for our North London Office.
Airstar European Network is an international lighting company supplying to both the Event and Film Industry. Established in 1994, Airstar is represented by over 120 distributors and 13 subsidiaries in more than 40 countries all over the world.
Duties to include:
Take incoming calls
Follow up suppliers invoices
Organize quotes, purchase orders and customer invoices
Follow up on payments
Sales reports
Eventual involvement with UK Marketing
To attend trade shows with Sales staff when needed
A small amount of PA duties to the MD
Computer literacy vital - as is the ability to learn International company sales software.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 (4.30 finish on one day of week chosen by yourself).
