Job Description
We are looking for someone to work as a Room Leader in our warm, caring, independent children's day nursery in Ewell. We are located beside a beautiful park and are a happy, hard-working team caring for children from 3 months to 5 years old.
You are:
•A minimum of Level 3 qualified in childcare
•Experienced at implementing the EYFS in nursery settings
•Able to use your experience and professionalism to build on our good work
At our Nursery, you will be:
•Prepared to be responsible for the smooth running of a nursery room
•Able to lead your team
•Insistent on high standards of care and education
•Able to demonstrate nursery policies and procedures and the EYFS to staff
•Enthusiastic with a love for children and for developing their learning
•Able to share your ideas for planning and activities
•Able to make the room a wonderful place to be for the children-and staff
•Required to provide an enhanced disclosure- expenses met by us
