Job Description
An immediate position has arisen within our organisation for an Accounts/Finance Manager. We are a market leading company specialising in maritime intelligence and security. This role is based in the Channel Islands so you must be prepared to relocate. The company will organise accommodation.
The role involves all aspects of the company’s accounts including:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Consolidating company accounts
Raising and payment of invoices
Set up and management of payments including BACS, staff salaries and International Priority Payments
Ensuring all financial records are maintained.
Only candidates with extensive Quickbooks experience will be considered for this role.
We are an international company and you will need to have experience of making international payments on a regular basis.
Your Profile
• Qualified ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
• Outstanding organisational skills and a highly methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedure with accuracy.
• Self-motivated, an innovative thinker and problem solver.
• Reliable, honest and trustworthy. You will be dealing with highly sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Available Immediately
