Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an Estate Agency in Canary Wharf, the heart of London.
Your role will include the following:
•Administering non-managed tenancies - renewals & deposit releases
•Serving section 21 and section 8 Notices
•Chasing and collection of rent payments
•Providing a supportive role to Branches
•Acting in accordance with terms of the tenancy agreement
The ideal candidate will have:
•Proven Time management skills
•Be punctual
•Be communicative and articulate
•Confident and competent with property management software
•Possess excellent written and spoken English
•Have at least 3 years Property Management experience
In return, you will receive a generous salary of �£21,000 - �£23,000 depending on experience.
