Job Description
This is an immediate start for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to work for an independent Letting Agents dealing in Lettings and Property Management based in the Canary Wharf area of London.
The company concentrate on providing professional services with a fresh approach to friendly & efficient client care. With this in mind, the key to their success is undoubtedly the staff they employ. As a business they are currently expanding and are therefore looking for a suitable Lettings Negotiator to help build on their previous achievements.
On a day to day basis you will update available properties, qualify tenant enquiries, book and attend viewings, agree tenancy contracts, check tenants in and out of properties and deal with maintenance issues.

Basic salary �£15,000 with 10% commission paid on all lets with on target earnings of between �£30,000 - �£35,000 + company car..
