Dynamic and constantly developing company in the construction industry, specialising in loft conversions, house extensions, refurbishments etc., is currently looking to recruit sales manager.
We are looking for an exceptional goal-orientated and highly self motivated individual with strong negotiation and presentation skills, together with a strong oral and written command of the English language. Someone confident with determined approach, always smart, punctual and professional.
The Role will involve:
- Identifying and developing potentially profitable business opportunities
- Company promotion via face to face Client visits and telephone calls
- Planning and developing future sales strategie
-Project management
This role does not require experience in construction industry.
