Freelance Junior Web Developer
NVIDIA awakened the world to the power of computer graphics when it invented the GPU in 1999. To support our growth we are looking for a Freelancer to assist the in-house web team with Web Content Administration and other activities. This role would offer someone with a passion for web development many opportunities to learn new skills and receive training in many areas.
Key Tasks
• Build and deploy websites for markets in new geographic areas
• Assist the web team to develop and manage the content on our European websites
• Support the production of web campaigns
• Develop backend & frontend solutions using PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript
Competences Required:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• German, French, Spanish, Italian or Turkish language skills advantageous
Technical Skills Required:
• HTML (currently we are using XHTML 1.0 Transitional)
• CSS
• Javascript (AJAX, jQuery etc will be an advantage)
• Basic MySQL
• Basic Photoshop
• Basic PHP (4 / 5)
Duration: This contract would initially be for three months and would be open to extension based on performance. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
