Job Description
A ‘Microsoft Gold Certified Partner’ software development company with offices in the UK as well as in Beijing is looking for several full time Wed Designers who are good at web design as well as finding potential clients and partners at networking events. On the design side, no need to do any HTML/CSS/Javascript work, as long as you can provide a graphic design of the web pages that clients are looking for, the offshore team will get it converted into HTML/CSS and code the backend database logic. You will be working as the UK frontline designers and are responsible to collect requirements from clients, create graphics that will finally be built to web pages, communicate with clients directly on feedbacks, new features etc.. You will report to the CEO of the company and will be earning a great uncapped commission of 30% of all the profit on top of a basic salary that is negotiable.
Our office is close to Oxford St. central London, however, work from home option can be made available for suitable designers. Candidate must be self motivated, eager to succeed, resilient.
