Job Description
Palliative Care Nursing Jobs, London
In partnership with its client, Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking RGNs for a permanent positions based in East London.
Dublin interviews 1st & 2nd September 2010!
The Client:
An independent hospice (one of the largest in Europe) providing pain control and symptom relief for those whose illness cannot be cured. Patients are treated both in their own homes and in the hospice. In-patients enjoy some of the most modern facilities in Europe which have been designed to accommodate the diverse needs of the many communities they serve.
Job Responsibilities:
•Provide patient centred care to those requiring specialist palliative care, completion of relevant documentation, liaising with patients’ families and GPs, amongst others.
Job Requirements:
•General Nursing qualification
•Min. 1 year post graduate experience in acute/end of life care setting OR an extreme interest in palliative care necessary. NB New graduate RGNs will be considered if they can demonstrate their interest in the above field
•Full NMC registration – www.nmc-uk.org – or eligibility to get full registration
•Fluent English.
