Competitive Remuneration Package Large Commercial Architects Practice with a wide client base, that has considerable experience and reputation in the field of town centre development, particularly on retail led projects.
Divided into three architectural groups, each being capable of taking large projects from inception to completion. Within one of the three teams, an enthusiastic senior architect is required to lead the design and development of a large, important retail-led regeneration project in the West Midlands for a major corporate client. You will lead a team in taking the scheme from Stage E through to completion.
You will: * Be a qualified architect with considerable proven experience since RIBA Part 3 * Be able to demonstrate specific experience of leading the design process on a large project * Have a reasonable understanding of working in a commercial context In return you will be offered a competitive salary and a variety of benefits including a company pension scheme and a benefits system which you can tailor to meet your individual needs.
