Job Description
Role
This is a lead mechanic role primarily involved in the technical hands on work, but will assist the Service Manager as well in running the daily operations in order to maximise sales and profitability. You are expected to ensure staff productivity through coaching, delegation, effective team management and efficient scheduling of jobs, as well as promptly attending to and assisting to resolve any customers' concerns for an excellent overall service experience.
Requirements
• trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Motor Mechanic
• current or previous lead role experience in the automotive retail service industry
• excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• strong drive to succeed, excellent leadership & customer service skills
